Nao ist in Yamato Arima verliebt, der auf dieselbe Schule geht, aber nicht in dieselbe Klasse. Um ihn dennoch regelmäßig sehen zu können, geht sie mit ihrem Hund Chocotan immer im selben Park spazieren, wo er auch mit seinem Hund Gassi geht. Dennoch fühlt sie sich unsicher ob er sie wirklich beachtet, denn als er zufällig zwei Klassenkameradinnen trifft, kommt sich Nao plötzlich ganz unwichtig vor. Mit diesem Gefühl liegt sie jedoch falsch, denn Arima versucht sie jeden Tag auf seiner Runde zu finden, genauso wie sie immer nach ihm sucht.
