Als Transferschüler kommt er in die Klasse von Yuki und bemerkt sofort ihren Wolfsgeruch, der an ihr haftet, was sie zugleich sehr kränkt. Natürlich beabsichtigte er damit nicht, sie zu verletzen, was sich in seiner darauf folgenden Geste zeigt. Jeden Tag nimmt er den weiten Weg auf sich und versucht sie milde zu stimmen, obwohl sie ihn in ihrer Wolfsgestalt verletzt hat. Es zeigt, was für ein netter und toleranter Junge er eigentlich ist, der einfach nur gut mit ihr auskommen will.
