Shizuku ist eine Klassenkameradin von Mio Tezuka und, so unglaublich es klingen mag, noch tollpatschiger als Ink Nijihara. Dazu kommt noch eine enorme Begriffsstutzigkeit - zu behaupten, Shizuku sei etwas langsam, wäre eine Beleidigung des Begriffs Langsamkeit. Nichtsdestotrotz ist sie ein fröhliches, unbekümmertes Mädchen (wahrscheinlich gerade weil sie sich über nichts Gedanken macht) und versucht Mios Freundschaft zu gewinnen - ein Interessenkonflikt, denn als Magical Girl Shizuku soll sie Magical Mio besiegen.
