Die Zombie-Generäle stehen genauso wie die normalen Zombies unter dem Kommando von Absalom, sie werden aber nur in wirklichen Ausnahmesituationen geweckt und zur Verteidigung der Thriller Bark beordert. Diese Gruppierung besteht aus legendären Kämpfern vergangener Zeiten, so befinden sich zumeist Ritter unter ihnen, allerdings auch ein riesiger Samurai in goldener Rüstung und eine Art Revolverheld. Von den anderen Zombies werden sie sehr geschätzt und mit Ehrfurcht betrachtet.
