Obwohl ihn sein Vater, der Drogenboss King Rex, bei seinem Kampf gegen die „Police Company“ benutzt um die Kopfgeldjäger fernzuhalten, hält er doch eisern zu seinem geliebten Vater. Doch während die „Police Company“ Mitleid hat und das Feuer einstellt, erschießt die „MAD Police Cooperation“ King Rex vor seinen Augen. Während er unter Tränen Rache schwört und zeigt, dass damit wohl die nächste Generation der Kriminellen entstanden ist, sorgt er gleichzeitig dafür, dass Natsuki ihre Arbeit zu hassen beginnt, da sie nun das Leid gesehen hat, das dadurch entstehen kann.
