Dieser Terrorist, der genau wie seine zwei Kumpanen per Haftbefehl gesucht wird, hat sich schon einiges zuschulden kommen lassen. Nicht nur eine Bank und eine Bibliothek sind seinen Bomben bereits zum Opfer gefallen, sondern auch ein Flughafen und das Parlamentsgebäude. Und obwohl er auch für seinen letzten Anschlag einen schlauen Plan ausgetüftelt hat, konnte er nicht mit der Faulheit von Natsuki und Sakura rechnen, denen er während ihrer Pause über den Weg fährt. Zwar schafft er es noch Natsukis Motorrad mit einer Rakete zu zerlegen, aber eine von Sakuras Kugeln beendet die Jagd, und er landet hinter Gittern.
