Obwohl Raul eigentlich zum Auskundschaften hergekommen ist, kann er nicht aus seiner Haut und hilft instinktiv dieser älteren Dame, die mit dem Lageplan des Amada-Kaufhauses nicht zurecht kommt. Er begleitet sie sogar persönlich zu der Abteilung, wo sie hin möchte.

Durch seine Freundlichkeit hat er eine neue Kundin für das Reon gewonnen, da sie später bei ihnen auftaucht, denn im Amada hatte sie sich nicht wohlgefühlt. Sie erwirbt eine Klimaanlage, die Lore später bei ihr installieren soll.
