Masarus Stiefmutter Saori hat ihren Sohn nur auf einen kleinen Botengang zu ihrer Schwester geschickt, doch als er sich über Gebühr verspätet und auch keiner der beiden an sein Mobiltelefon geht, macht sie sich selbst auf den Weg, um die Sachen abzuholen, die Masaru eigentlich mitbringen sollte. Als sie beim Haus ihrer Schwester ankommt, trifft sie die beiden schwer beschäftigt an, und zwar miteinander. Doch anstatt entrüstet reinzuplatzen, beobachtet sie die erregende Szene aus sicherer Entfernung – allerdings nicht heimlich genug, dass ihre Schwester sie nicht entdecken würde, die ihr daraufhin einen Wink gibt, doch mit einzusteigen. Mittels Augenbinde stellt sie vorher sicher, dass Masaru nicht sofort mitbekommt, wer sich da zu ihnen gesellt.

Saori gibt damit einem schon lange gehegten Wunsch nach, denn ihr Stiefsohn sieht ihrem verstorbenen ersten Ehemann sehr ähnlich, als letzterer noch jünger war. Sie hat sich quasi mehr in den Sohn ihres neuen Manns verliebt als in diesen selber.
