Sirene wurde vom obersten Dämonen geschickt, um Devilman auszulöschen. Sie hat Amon - das ist der Dämon, der mit Akira fusioniert ist - für seine Stärke bewundert. Nun verabscheut sie ihn, da er sich von einem Menschen besiegen ließ. Dennoch hat sie Angst vor Devilmans Kraft und schickt deshalb ihre beiden Untergebenen Gelmer und Aguwel als Vorboten. Der Körper von Sirene ist teilweise wie der eines Menschen. Anstatt Hände und Füße hat sie riesige Vogelkrallen und anstatt Haare befinden sich zwei große Flügel, mit denen sie auch fliegen kann, auf ihrem Kopf. Ihre Vogelkrallen an den Armen kann sie nach belieben abtrennen und als Waffen fernsteuern. Dazu nutzt sie ihre Fühler, durch die ihre telekinetische Kraft austritt. Nachdem sie Schaden im Kampf gegen Devilman genommen hat, sieht sie ihre einizge Möglichkeit zu siegen darin, sich mit Kaim zu verbinden.
