Mamoru ist der beste Freund von Ayato Kamina. Er ist von der lockeren Sorte und immer für ein kleines Späßchen zu haben, meistens auf Kosten seiner Freundin Hiroko Asahina, indem er mit anderen Mädchen flirtet.
