Trotz ihres auf den ersten Blick strikten Auftretens ist Fujiko es nicht unbedingt immer. Ihre Militäruniform und Augenklappe lassen sie zwar unnahbar aussehen, aber sie hat eigentlich eine recht freundliche Persönlichkeit. Insgeheim kann man sogar sagen, dass sie situationsabhängig sich nicht viel von ihren Schülerinnen unterscheidet. Vor allem in ihrer Freizeit wirkt sie wesentlich nahbarer, wobei der optische Unterschied zwischen Arbeit und Freizeit so stark ist, dass man sie erst auf den zweiten Blick erkennt. Warum sie die Augenklappe trägt weiß eigentlich keiner, denn sie trägt sie nur zu ihrer Uniform.
