Satsuki arbeitet als Glasbläserin in der Stadt Tainai in der Präfektur Niigata. Sie wundert sich etwas, weswegen Sonico mit einem Reise-Trolley durch die Straßen ihrer Stadt läuft, wo es doch keine nennenswerten Sehenswürdigkeiten hier gibt. Weil es in Strömen regnet, bittet sie sie aber hinein in ihre Werkstatt und gibt ihr einen Einblick in die Welt der Glasbläserei, indem sie ihr dabei hilft, ein kleines Schmuckstück anzufertigen, dass sie dann auch behalten darf.
