Yajima ist eine Studentin im ersten Jahr, die, genau wie Yoshitake, beschlossen hat sich dem Genshiken anzuschließen, nachdem sie Ogiues Zeichnungsdemonstration gesehen hat. Auch sie ist ein Fujoshi, wenn auch nicht so krass, wie es etwa Yoshitake ist. Sie ist stämmig gebaut und neigt dazu, Männerkleidung zu tragen. Ihr fällt es schwer Hatos Crossdressing zu akzeptieren, obwohl sie die ganze Geschichte dahinter kennt. Yajima ist auch eine von Ogiues Assistentinnen.
