Nijikas Mutter stand bereits mit fünf Jahren das erste Mal auf der Schauspielbühne und wurde als Wunderkind gefeiert. Bis zu ihrem Ausstieg aus dem Showgeschäft im Alter von erst 16 Jahren war sie eine überaus gefragte Schauspielerin, deren Popularität noch bis heute nachhallt. Ihr Abschied von der hatte damit zu tun, dass sie damals mit Nijika schwanger war und sich damit einen noch viel größeren Traum erfüllte, als Schauspielerin zu sein, nämlich Mutter zu werden. Als Nijika sechs Jahre alt war, verstarb Saori allerdings an einer Krankheit. Sie hat Nijika immer von der Schönheit der Schauspielkunst erzählt, weswegen ihre Tochter damals den Wunsch entwickelte, mit ihrer Mutter gemeinsam auf der Bühne zu stehen.
