Buu und Shikei sind findige Geschäftsmänner, die gemeinsame Sache mit dem Amanto Kariya machen. Sie sind dafür verantwortlich, dass Ken Katou sein Haus verloren hat. Nun liegt ihr Ziel aber weitaus höher, mithilfe einer bestimmten Maschine soll Edo dem Erdboden gleichgemacht werden, wodurch sie das Land von den Leidtragenden günstig erwerben können, um es anschließend teuer zu verkaufen. Buu ist nahezu immer mit seiner Ukulele unterwegs, auf der er auch meistens spielt.
