Rudy ist ein netter, optimistischer Junge, dessen großes Vorbild Riki ist. Er schaut jedoch nicht nur zu ihm auf, sondern ist auch selbst ein beachtlich talentierter B-Shot, dessen B-Daman Proto 01 ist. Riki war seine Inspiration, selbst zum Crossfire-Spieler zu werden, jedoch gab die anfängliche Bewunderung auch den Nährboden für unterschwellig aufkommenden Neid gegenüber Riki.

Als Rudy von Dragold besessen ist, verändert sich nicht nur sein Aussehen immens (insbesondere seine unauffälligen, braunen Haare, die nach der Besitzergreifung durch Dragold blond und hoch abstehend werden), sondern auch seine Persönlichkeit verändert sich zunehmend zum Negativen. Unter dem Einfluss von Dragold missbraucht er Novu als seinen Handlanger und tritt seine Freundschaft zu Riki und den anderen mit Füßen. Sein B-Daman ist nach der Besitzergreifung Smash Dragold.
