Norio ist relativ höflich, gegenüber Fremden wird er jedoch sehr schnell mürrisch bzw. fühlt sich in seinen Ansichten verletzt und so meidet er den Fortgang eines Gespräches recht zügig. Norio hat sehr feminine Gesichtszüge, weshalb er auch oft mit einem Mädchen verwechselt wird.
Er selbst besitzt einen Drachen, welcher den Namen Vagina Dentata (ヴァギナデンタータ) trägt und die meiste Zeit Takeo begleitet. Ansonsten haust er zusammen mit Takeo in einer Lagerhalle und baut Drachen, ob diese lebendig werden können, ist jedoch unklar, jedoch vergleicht er sie mit Hoshimaru, was darauf schließen lässt.
