Yukiji ist die Vorsitzende des Biologie-Clubs und eine Freundin von Yachiyo. In ihrem Namen steckt das Kanji für „Kuh“ (牛, ushi) und wie sollte es anders sein, wird das auch von ihrem Charakter reflektiert. Sie hat eine ruhige, gelassene Persönlichkeit, ist aber auch tollpatschig und fällt bspw. einfach mal über ihre eigenen Füße und plumpst dann zu Boden wie eine Kuh, die man umgestoßen hat.
Ihr Biologie-Club ist nur dem Namen nach ein Wissenschaftsclub, denn eigentlich sitzen die Mitglieder nur herum und trinken Tee, wie Yukiji selber zugibt.
