Okazaki wird vom Chef des Senders GUIL-TV als neuer Produzent der Hauptnachrichtensendung eingesetzt und folgt damit Haruna nach, der versetzt wird. Er war für einige Zeit abwesend wegen eines Krankenhausaufenthalts, wo er sich einer nicht näher spezifizierten Operation unterzog. Sein Vorgänger hat den starken Verdacht, dass mit Okazakis Beförderung etwas nicht stimmt und liegt damit auch völlig richtig. Seine wahre Aufgabe liegt darin, die weiblichen Angestellten zu Sexsklavinnen zu machen, denn der Sender ist von der Mafia unterwandert und verdient mit der Ausbildung hochklassiger Prostituierter eine Menge Geld. Okazaki ist ein eiskalter Typ, der sich nicht in die Karten schauen lässt und eine Menge Selbstsicherheit zu haben scheint, da er Versuche gegen ihn zu intrigieren, nur amüsiert zur Kenntnis nimmt anstatt sich darum Sorgen zu machen. Wenn die Störfeuer lästig werden, zögert er aber auch keine Sekunde, jemanden aus dem Weg räumen zu lassen.
