Ein stinkreicher Investor, der Gefallen an Komugi Nakahara gefunden hat und mit ihr einen Anime produzieren will. Als erstes fängt er sich aber eine saftige Tracht Prügel ein, weil er Komugis anscheinend legendäre Flachbrüstigkeit aus erster Hand überprüfen will.

Er ist laut und ordinär, außerdem ist er sehr schnell von etwas begeistert ohne es in Ruhe überdacht zu haben und so ist er auch schnell dabei ein mehr oder weniger renommiertes Produktionsteam zusammen zu stellen, das seine Vision verwirklichen soll.
