Ogiwara, besser bekannt unter ihrem Spitznamen „Borgia-no-kimi“, ist ein hochrangiges Mitglied der Sorority und ein enge Freundin von Komabayashi – „Mona Lisa-no-kimi“. Im Anime wird darauf hingewiesen, dass sie eine starke Abneigung gegen Fukiko hegt und seit jeher eifersüchtig auf sie war. Sie versucht Fukiko zu diskreditieren und sie hinterrücks zu Fall zu bringen, mit der Absicht selbst die Präsidentschaft zu übernehmen. Ihre Position innerhalb der Sorority wird jedoch nie ausdrücklich geklärt.

Anmerkung:
Ihr Spitzname „Borgia-no-kimi“, den sie selbst wählte, ist ein Verweis auf die historische Person Lucrezia Borgia: „Die Familie Borgia verkörpert noch heute wie keine andere die Machtgier und moralische Korruption“. Im Manga spielt ihr Charakter aber keine große Rolle.
