Mashiro Mitsumine ist die neunjährige Schwester von Hakuya und ebenso wie dieser in den Bergen aufgewachsen. Zusammen mit Hakuya zieht sie ins Haus der Yonomoris und schleust sich trotz ihres Alters ebenfalls an Kobenis und Benios Schule ein. Hakuya begleitet sie, um Kobeni auf ihre Hausfrauenqualitäten zu überprüfen, da sie aber nichts zu bemängeln hat, gewöhnt sie sich recht schnell an das Zusammenleben. Zu ihrem Leidwesen ist Benio, Kobenis große Schwester, total in Mashiro vernarrt und belästigt sie oft.
Mashiro hasst es als Kind bezeichnet zu werden, ist aber für andere wie ein offenes Buch und sehr gutgläubig. Außerdem liebt sie Süßigkeiten.
