Ayanokouji geht in die Klasse 3-A und ist eine der Kundinnen des Host Clubs, sie hat eventuell eine Art Sonderstellung im Club, da Tamaki sie besonders intensiv bedient; sie ist vermutlich eine Stammkundin. Sie scheint sehr eingebildet auf ihre gesellschaftliche Stellung und der innerhalb des Host Clubs zu sein und möchte Tamaki am liebsten ganz für sich alleine haben, so dass er nur Augen für sie hat. Aus diesem Grund ist sie auch auf Haruhi eifersüchtig, die Tamakis volle Aufmerksamkeit genießt, wobei sie allerdings nicht weiß, dass diese ein Mädchen ist.
