Indem er sich Cure Lovelys Schatten einverleibt, verwandelt sich Phantom in das negative Spiegelbild seiner Gegnerin. Un-Lovely kennt alle Schwächen des Originals, bewegt sich außerdem rasend schnell und verkehrt Cure Lovelys Wunsch, alle zu beschützen, ins Gegenteil, indem sie sich nun anschickt, die gesamte Stadt auszulöschen. Schon ihre physischen Attacken setzen Cure Lovely schwer zu, aber zusätzlich versucht sie sie noch mit Psychotricks zu manipulieren, indem sie ihre Motivation, anderen zu helfen, in Frage stellt und ihr ihre Machtlosigkeit vor Augen führt. Da Megumi alias Cure Lovely ein sehr positiver Mensch mit vielen guten Eigenschaften ist, verkörpert ihr Negativ praktisch das Böse in Reinstform.
