Er besucht dieselbe Schule wie Ayu und Nina und wird ebenso wie Ayu von allen bewundert, denn auch er ist cool, sieht gut aus und hat für jeden ein Lächeln übrig. Ständig bekommt er von seinen Fans Geschenke überreicht. Im Grunde seines Herzens ist Tetsushi jedoch ein ganz normaler Junge, dem diese Aufmerksamkeit eigentlich zu viel ist.
Doch er arbeitet hart für seinen Ruf, denn einst ließ ihn das Mädchen, in das er verliebt ist, wissen, dass sie auf diese Art von Jungen stehe. Er ist jedoch eher introvertiert und behält seine wahren Gefühle für sich.
