Takasu ist halb Oktopus, halb Mensch. Eines Tages taucht er plötzlich in Tatsumis Badewanne auf. Als hätte er nicht schon genug mit dem Mermann Wakasa zu tun.
Takasu ist ein ziemlicher Kindskopf und stellt oft Unsinn an, aber er kann auch nützlich sein. Denn er ist ein Profi im Reparieren. Außerdem kann er mit seinen Oktopus-Armen super massieren. Als Oktopus liebt er auch dunkle Orte.
