Der gebürtige Hawaiianer Michael ist einer der Mieter von Mariko Natsuki und lebt in einer Wohnung oberhalb von deren Bar Marry’s Gallery. Er ist ein sanftmütiger Riese, der nicht viel spricht, aber ein hilfsbereiter und sympathischer Mensch ist. Außerdem scheint er der Einzige in dem Haus zu sein, der einer geregelten Arbeit nachgeht – angeblich soll es sich um einen Bürojob handeln, bei dem er wohl auch manchmal ein wenig Stress hat, auf der anderen Seite wird er aber auch schon mal in der Öffentlichkeit erkannt und scheint recht populär zu sein => worin sein Job tatsächlich besteht, bleibt ein Mysterium.
