Cebin Mendel ist ein Schamane, der am Shaman King-Turnier teilnimmt und gehört zu Jeannes Organisation, den X-Laws.

Cebin wurde in Salzburg, Österreich, geboren und war Mitglied einer militärischen Eliteeinheit. Sein komplettes Team wurde von Hao Asakura auf brutalste Weise niedergemetzelt und ihm selbst fügte Hao schwerste Verbrennungen zu. So trägt Cebin immer eine Maske und Handschuhe, da seine Haut komplett entstellt ist. Danach schloss er sich den X-Laws an um Rache an Hao zu nehmen.

Als Medium für seinen Erzengel Remiel nutzt Cebin eigens für ihn angefertigte Handschuhe namens Cebin Arms, die er wie eine Schusswaffe nutzen kann.
