Donato Gotouda ist ein Absolvent der 80. Schülergeneration von der Kochschule Teehaus Toutsuki. Er war als Jurymitglied für das »Toutsuki-Trainingslager für Freundschaft und Rapport« von der 92. Schülergeneration tätig und ist außerdem Eigentümer sowie Chefkoch des »Auberge Tesoro« – einem italienischen Restaurant.

Er ist sehr charmant und kokett gegenüber weiblichen Personen; wie zum Beispiel Megumi Tadokoro, die er darum bat, die Nacht mit ihm zu verbringen. Da er Italiener ist – und sein Akzent auch sehr stark daran erinnert –, richtet sich sein Kochstil nach der italienischen Küche.
