Mikado Sanzenin ist der Großvater von Nagi und das Oberhaupt der Familie. Nagi beschreibt ihn als Ölbaron, jedoch weiß man nicht woher das Sazenin-Vermögen stammt.
Auf den ersten Blick wirkt er sehr bescheiden, jedoch ist er kühl und berechnend.
