Morgan ist eine Fee und hilft den verbannten Celestine zu befreien. Sie wird zu seiner Komplizin. Auf der Erde ändert sie ihre Feengestalt gegen ein menschliches Aussehen. Ihre Aufgabe ist es Belldandy und Keiichi im Auge zu behalten, dabei wird sie auch ein neues Mitglied des NIT-Autoclubs.

Die Liebe von Belldandy zu Keiichi verursacht in ihr Eifersucht, aber auch schmerzliche Erinnerungen an ihre eigene Liebe. Sie war mit ihrer Liebe durch das Tor der Entscheidung gegangen und sie wurden für immer getrennt. Morgan ist gezeichnet von Zorn und Wut hilft Celestine bei seinem Vorhaben, eine neue Welt erschaffen zu wollen.
