Kurou, ein Klassenkamerad von Shuri, leidet unter seiner geringen Körpergröße. Er ist neidisch auf Shuri, weil so viele zu ihr kommen und sie um Hilfe bitten, denn er wäre auch gerne jemand, auf den die Leute bauen. Er muss sich aber eingestehen, dass er dieses Bedürfnis wohl eher zur Selbstbestätigung hat, während Shuri allein um des Helfens willen daran Freude hat. Dadurch, dass er Shuri nachzueifern versucht, kommen die beiden sich schließlich auch näher, auch wenn sie das zu verstecken suchen.
