Tellu ist ein Mitglied der Death Busters und mit einem Level von 404 die zweitstärkste der 5 Hexen. Sie ist die Nachfolgerin von Mimet, die sie durch einen hinterhältigen Trick in eine Falle lockte und aus dem Weg räumte.
Tellu erhält die Aufgabe, reine Herzen zu suchen, die Dr. Tomoe benötigt, um Mistress 9 zu erwecken. Sie nutzt keine Dämonen im Kampf gegen die Sailor-Kriegerinnen, sondern von ihr selbst gezüchtete Pflanzen, die sogenannten Tellun.
