Natsuhiko ist ein angesehener Waffenhändler und der Antagonist der Serie. Er denkt ziemlich rational und hat es sich als Ziel gemacht an die 12 Auserwählten auf Norn heranzukommen. Er ist ausergewöhnlich im Umgang mit Waffen und zudem ein Spezialist darin Schiffe zu steuern.

Obwohl Natsuhiko zunächst wie der typische Antagonist wirkt, ändert sich dies im Laufe der Handlung und er wird zum Protagonisten, der versucht den Reset abzubrechen, da er darin eine Gefahr für die menschliche Geschichte und dessen Entwicklungen sieht.
