Yoshida-san ist eine Patienten in dem Krankenhaus in den Kotoko und Naoki arbeiten. Sie ist eine von der Sorte, die den Krankenschwestern die Arbeit erschwert und da Kotoko ihr zugeteilt wurde, lässt sie ihr keine freie Minute. Als ob das noch nicht genug wäre, ärgert sie Kotoko, in dem sie Interesse an Naoki zeigt, was er natürlich nicht sonderlich beachtet.
Im Laufe der Zeit erkennt sie aber, das Kotoko hart arbeitet und macht ihren Arbeitsalltag langsam angenehmer.
