Alvin Lutz ist ein weiterer Polizist, der für XAT arbeitet. Als Scharfschütze bekannt und berüchtigt bildet er mit Brad ein Team, das problemlos selbst aus sehr weiter Entfernung ihr Ziel trifft. Im Gegensatz zu seinem Pendant Brad, ist Al deutlich aggressiver und allgemein lauter als er. Trotz dessen bleibt er XAT treu und würde nie im Leben daran denken, einen Kameraden zurückzulassen.
