König Dizelmine ist der Herrscher über Le Garite und der ältere Bruder von Ran. Er hat eine unterkühlte und sachliche Persönlichkeit, die ihn immer auf Distanz zu anderen gehen lässt. Eine besondere Feindschaft pflegt er zu Villagiulio.

Er fliegt den weißen Ovid Magultol.

Dizelmine war der Verlobte von Yurikano, Villagiulios Schwester. In Kindertagen kamen die 3 wunderbar miteinander aus, doch Yurikanos Tod änderte alles. Jahre später findet er ihren seelenlosen Körper und macht es sich zur Aufgabe, diesen zu beschützen.
