Manatsu ist eine weitere Mitbewohnerin von Nanami und bewohnt zusammen mit ihr, Riko und Minato ein Universitätswohnheim. Eines Tages hört sie merkwürdige Geräusche aus dem Bad kommen und schaut zusammen mit ihren Mitbewohnerinnen nach dem Rechten. Es stellt sich heraus, dass sich Nanami mit ihrem jüngeren Bruder dort körperlich betätigt. Nach dieser brisanten Situation klärt es sich aber auf, dass Shuuichi, der Bruder von Nanami, für eine etwas längere Zeit in dem Wohnheim wohnen wird, falls niemand der Mitbewohnerinnen Einwände hätte.
Manatsu ist von der gegenwärtigen Situation begeistert, da sie sich genau wie Minato schon als Kind einen kleinen Bruder als Weihnachtsgeschenk gewünscht hatte. Sie ist auch ziemlich davon angetan, von nun an »Schwester Manatsu« genannt zu werden. Manatsu lässt es sich daher auch nicht entgehen, etwas Spaß mit ihrem neuen Bruder zu haben und hat auch nichts dagegen, wenn sie von ihm in einem privaten Moment bei der Selbstbefriedigung beobachtet wird.
