Die zweitjüngste der Aasu-Geschwister ist auch eine Klassenkameradin von Poemi Watanabe - für die ist sie ihre treueste und beste Freundin, umgekehrt sieht Futaba sie aber nicht nur als Freundin, sondern ist schwer in sie verknallt und fantasiert auch des Öfteren darüber, mit ihr intim zu werden und findet generell alles toll und faszinierend, was Poemi so tagtäglich anstellt und sei es auch der größte Unfug. Poemis Traum, eine berühmte Synchronsprecherin zu werden, unterstützt sie nach Kräften und feuert sie auch immer wieder an.

Als Mitglied der Aasu-Familie besitzt sie natürlich auch eine besondere Fähigkeit, die dem Schutz der Erde dient.
