Nezu ist der Direktor der U.A. Oberschule. Er fällt durch sein besonderes Erscheinungsbild auf, das eine Mischung aus vielen verschiedenen Tierarten darstellt. Er ist ein sehr höflicher und hartnäckiger Pädagoge – wie es sich für den Direktor der Oberschule gehört.
