Josuke ist Erstklässler an einer Highschool und wohnt in der Stadt Morioh, sein Abenteuer – und damit die 4. Geschichte des JoJo Universums – beginnt damit, dass Jotaro Kujo (der Protagonist der letzten Geschichte) in Morioh auftaucht und Josuke davon Berichtet dass sein Großvater, Joseph Joestar, Josukes Vater ist. Außerdem erzählt er ihm davon dass ein gefährlicher Mörder zur Zeit in Morioh sein Unwesen treibt und er deshalb erst einmal eine Weile vor Ort bleiben wird.
