Für Lancelot ist die Familie das Wichtigste in seinem Leben und er würde sie mit seinem Leben verteidigen, falls es notwendig ist. Aufgrund der immer gefährlicher werdenden Lage in der Stadt, in Verbindung mit seiner Tätigkeit als Wohltäter der Armen mithilfe der Beute vom Akai Kaze, entschließt er sich, seine Familie fortzuschicken. Insbesondere den beiden Töchtern macht macht die derzeitige Lage und das Agieren der Carabinieri erhebliche Angst, wobei die ältere Tochter es scheinbar noch besser verkraftet als die Jüngere.
