Donatella Una war die Mutter von Trish und frühere Geliebte Diavolos. Sie lernte ihn unter dem Pseudonym „Solido Naso“ auf Sardinien kennen und sie verbrachten einige Zeit miteinander. Ihre Persönlichkeit war der ihrer Tochter sehr ähnlich. Darüber hinaus war sie ein ausgesprochen geselliger und fürsorglicher Mensch und kümmerte sich später liebevoll alleine um Trish.

Bevor Donatella an einer Krankheit verstarb, versuchte sie die wahre Identität Solido Nasos herauszufinden und brachte somit die Ereignisse ins Rollen.
