Ryuuichi Kobayashi ist, genau wie Azumi, ein frisch an die „Momoyuri“-Oberschule transferierter Schüler, der in seiner Freizeit Amateurfilme dreht. Bei seiner ersten Begegnung mit Chizuru auf der Krankenstation, verliebt er sich sofort in ihr Gesicht und wünscht sich sehr, dass sie als Schauspielerin in einem seiner Filme mitmacht. Während sie sich im „Drama“-Club begegnen, freunden sich Ryuuichi und Azumi schließlich miteinander an. Was Ryuuichis Chancen die eifersüchtige Chizuru für eines seiner Projekte zu gewinnen jedoch vollkommen zunichtemacht.
