Hitoshi Shinsou ist ein Schüler der U. A. Highschool und geht in die Klasse 1-C. Er ist in keine der beiden Helden-Abteilungen, da er es nicht geschafft hat die Prüfung, aufgrund seiner Fähigkeit Brainwashing, zu bestehen.
Seine Fähigkeit wurde früher, in seiner Mittelschulzeit, gefürchtet, da sie eher für Schurken als Helden geeignet sei, trotzdem ließ ihn das nicht von seinem Weg abkommen, Superheld zu werden.
