Sayuka erscheint wie ein gewöhnliches, schüchternes Schulmädchen - hinter der Mauerblümchenfassade verbirgt sich aber eine Superheldin, die sich im Kampf gegen die finstere Organisation »DieLast« in das Magical Girl Escalayer verwandelt. Für die nötige Energie zur Transformation sorgt der in ihre Brust implantierte Doki-Doki Dynamo, der sich aber nur durch sexuelle Erregung wieder aufladen lässt. Um dieses spezielle Bedürfnis hat sich bisher die Androidin Madoka gekümmert. In letzter Zeit gestaltet sich dieses Unterfangen aber immer schwieriger - just in diesem Moment erscheint Sayukas Freund aus Kindertagen, Kyohei, auf der Bildfläche. An ihn kann sie sich allerdings nicht richtig erinnern, da sie durch die Nutzung des Doki-Doki Dynamo einen Teil ihres Gedächtnisses verloren hat.
