Runa Yomozuki ist Mitglied des Schülerrats der Hyakkaou Private Academy. Sie ist die Anführerin der Wahlkommission und dient oft als Schiedsrichterin bei Wahlkämpfen. Sie verhält sich sehr enthusiastisch, heiter und sehr charismatisch und nimmt ihre Rolle im Schülerrat nicht wirklich ernst.

Auch wenn sie sehr unschuldig und freundlich aussieht, ist sie sehr grausam und langweilt sich sehr schnell. Das macht sie zu einer Soziopathin, die sich nicht wirklich um das Leben anderer schert.
