Obwohl Tsukuyomi wie ein kleines Kind aussieht, ist sie in Wirklichkeit eine ungefähr 20-jährige Lehrerin, die u.a. Toumas Klasse unterrichtet. Trotz ihres Alters verhält sie sich ziemlich kindisch, schläft sogar mit einem Häschen-Pyjama, wird schnell eifersüchtig und ist die meiste Zeit über gut gelaunt. Man sieht es ihr nicht an, aber Tsukuyomi ist außerdem eine starke Raucherin, sehr unordentlich und trinkt viel Alkohol.
