Oto ist der Späher der abtrünnigen Armee des Himmels, „Soto`s Zug“, unter der Führung von Soto. Bei einem Kampf hält er sich immer im Hintergrund und beobachtet die Lage aus einer neutralen Entfernung. Bei reibungslosen Aufträgen, verweilt Oto stets an der Seite seines Kommandanten und berichtet ihn über die aktuelle Lage.
