Die Großmutter von Louise betreibt den kleinen Süßigkeitenladen Bubby Sweet Shop. Doch nachdem die Regierung Schokolade und alles andere ungesunde Zeug verbannt und sogar verboten hat, ist auch ihr Laden nicht mehr so gut besucht wie einst. Ihr tun vor allem die kleinen Kinder leid, die sie immer wieder wegschicken muss. Als die beiden Freunde ihrer Enkelin ihre eigene Schokoladenproduktion eröffnen, ist sie natürlich gleich zur Stelle und befürwortet und unterstützt ihre Handlungsweise.
